On the Flysafe aware map the pilot makes a trip of these types

Single flight bookings

Add other tails to a flight for the trip, must be registered plane.

Trips booking rules
Some rules, plane gets booked when pilots book.

Pilots have to be registered to plane

At least one pilot has to have the credentials

CFI has to be rated.

Before you press Book: the panel warns about a clash while you fill it in. You find out on Book, or by looking at the 📆 14-day schedule first.

Maintenance: a plane with an open project (Inspection, Proposal, Todo tasks, not yet signed off Flightworthy) can still be booked. The booking check looks at the workflow status.

Warning for bookings that may conflict with scheduled maintenance like annuals

warns if the trip doesn't start at the last airport landed at.
