About Flightworthy

For General Aviation owners

.... has a mission to help owners meet their flight worthy responsibility. This was born from my need to have a solution to manage my plane and other planes that I have worked with over the years, which requires many tasks to accomplish. The idea of Flightworthy using projects and tasks, and manage the D-List and supply chain of parts, was born from my experience hands-on as an owner in the aviation industry.

FAA Part 91.403

According to the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 91.403, it states that the owner or operator of an aircraft is primarily responsible for maintaining that aircraft in an airworthy condition. Specifically, FAR 91.403 states, "The owner or operator of an aircraft is primarily responsible for maintaining that aircraft in an airworthy condition, including compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD)." This regulation emphasizes the owner's responsibility for the continued airworthiness of the aircraft.
